Shipping policy

Mummy Bear Limited delivers orders across Kenya.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Deliveries within Nairobi usually take 1–2 business days, while deliveries to other parts of Kenya may take 2–5 business days, depending on the location and courier service.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be shown or confirmed before dispatch.

Please provide the correct delivery address and an active phone number. Our delivery partner may contact you when your order is ready for delivery.

Inspect your order upon arrival and report any damaged, missing or incorrect items within 24 hours, together with your order number and clear photos.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, high order volumes or courier-related issues. Additional charges may apply where a delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect.
